Route360 innovates in the area of education & technology and partners with organizations and employers to create pathways to sustainable careers for people of color, unemployed and underemployed.

Tools and guidance to help people strengthen a growth mindset, set long-term goals, stay organized, think critically, capture achievements, get recommendations, and continually build their network. Build long-term relationships with workforce agencies, community-based organizations, training providers, and other intermediaries. The long-term playbook allows people continually discover, learn, launch and grow.

Immersive Summer Program aimed at equipping black undergraduate or graduate students with the technical training, network, resources and community they need to launch, sustain and excel in their tech careers.

We help address the tech skills gap through education, coding and mentorship opportunities for youth under age 18, to spark their interest in computer science and technology careers.
